On his first ever trip to Nigeria, Google boss, Sundar Pichaj announced YouTube Go, which allows Nigerians to preview and save YouTube videos, in a series of products for the country.
As reported by CNN, Nigeria, with about 93m mobile internet users often experience slow internet as well as high cost of data. With YouTube Go, YouTube users can now download video content in different resolutions to be watched later without internet connection. This makes Nigeria the 2nd country after India to have the YouTube Go capability.
